Our Story

Exacta Translation Services was founded in San Bruno, California, in the San Francisco Bay Area. We provide certified Spanish and French to English translations for immigration documents, legal filings, and academic submissions — serving clients nationwide.

But the reason we exist goes beyond the service itself.

I came to the United States from Latin America and spent years navigating the immigration system — first as a permanent resident applicant, and later through the naturalization process. Along the way I also translated academic transcripts and diplomas for university applications, and went through the citizen born abroad process for my child.

Through all of those experiences, one thing made every process harder than it needed to be: finding a translator I could trust, at a price that was fair, without worrying whether the translation would be accepted.

I went through multiple translators across different applications. Some were expensive. Some were slow. And the uncertainty about whether a translation would be accepted — whether one missed stamp or unclear phrase could delay an application by months — was a real and constant stress.

Every translation includes a signed Certificate of Accuracy that meets the requirements of USCIS and other official institutions. We charge a flat rate of $25 per page — no hidden fees, no surprises.
